In episode 8 of the Princeton Podcast, Mayor Mark Freda invited Lance Liverman, a lifelong Princeton resident who has served on many of Princeton’s boards and committees for the past 25 years. Mark and Lance focused much of their conversation on the evolution of Princeton real estate, including our efforts to provide for affordable housing, as well as the potential community impact, both good and bad, of Accessory Dwelling Units often called ADUs, now beginning to appear here in Princeton.
