In Episode 7 of the Princeton Podcast, Mayor Mark Freda invited Michael Yeh, Princeton’s Director of Emergency Services representing the Princeton Fire Department, and Shawn Gallagher, Chief of the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad. Among the variety of topics discussed in this episode, Mike and Shawn detailed the differences between the services provided by each organization, as well as the collaboration often required in times of need. Since the Princeton Fire Department and the Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad recruit many of their volunteer service members from our community, Mike and Shawn also discussed their organizations’ member training, personal and professional development, and upcoming recruitment open houses here in Princeton.
